His Story
Tyre has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of all sides of the food service industry, but he is most drawn to the little, local cafes and eateries. After being trained by local chefs Zoe and Marcus Cassimus, he learned first-hand how to properly prepare and serve food. Tyre opened up over 100 Zoë‘s locations across the country. In his travels, he has enjoyed building a portfolio of his favorites. Over the last several years, Tyre has realized that the restaurant industry often no longer delights and inspires people the way it used to.
During annual trips to Athens, Greece, Tyre was inspired and fell in love with how local shop owners took pride in the real, fresh, local foods they served. He set out to bring his own version to his neighborhood. Market celebrates a collection of the best vendors and their crafts that engage your senses and inspire your palate so you can take pride in the one thing we all can not live without—food.
